We have carefully “sculpted” more than a hundred contracts: from simple forms to highly complex packages, according to what you needed. Leases, sales, easements, services, side letters — each with the clauses that matter when things go wrong.
For an anchor tenant we write differently than for a small unit. For a real-estate SPA differently than for an IT consultancy agreement. Precision is not length. It is knowing, at signing, what you have accepted.
When a contract has to be unwound, we stay with you there too: termination, agreement, expiry, performance. A good contract is written also for the day it is no longer good.
